This warranty applies exclusively to the removable mesh pool fence and its original components. It covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship when the pool fence is installed, used, and maintained properly and in accordance with the provided installation instructions.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from anything other than normal and proper use of the pool fence, including, but not limited to, improper installation; misuse or abuse; accidents; improper handling or storage; failure to properly maintain the fence; damage caused by wind, storms, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other acts of nature; damage caused by pets, animals, or rodents; unauthorized modifications or alterations; or damage to the finish or appearance of the fence.

Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and after payment has been made in full. Coverage applies for the lifetime of the pool fence while it remains under the ownership of the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and terminates if the property or pool fence is sold or ownership is otherwise transferred.

A Safe Pool makes no other express or implied warranties regarding the pool fence, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded. No person, dealer, installer, or representative is authorized to make or provide any additional warranty on behalf of A Safe Pool.

To qualify for warranty consideration, the pool fence or affected component must be inspected by A Safe Pool or an authorized representative. Proof of purchase is required. If a warranty claim is approved, A Safe Pool will repair or replace the defective pool fence component with a new or comparable component at no charge for the replacement product. Installation or service labor may be subject to an additional fee.

If the pool fence or component does not qualify for coverage under this warranty, A Safe Pool will not be responsible for associated costs or expenses, including, but not limited to, shipping or freight charges, labor or installation costs, or incidental or consequential damages.

IMPORTANT: This warranty applies to the physical pool fence product only. A removable mesh pool fence is one layer of protection and is not a substitute for responsible adult supervision. A Safe Pool does not warrant or guarantee that the pool fence will prevent all access to the pool area, accidents, injuries, or drowning.
